New writing-reading device of the information with volume of hundreds terabites

By the functionalities the device is capable to substitute of the storages device in home appliances and computer's equipment. For example, such, as hard disks (HDD).

• Absence of spinned units;
• Speed of data exchange at a level of chips of the RAM;
• Under some condition there is a capability to reach storages volume up to 18th power of ten bit;
